For candidates & students
Your CV goes nowhere until we've spoken
No mass mailing, no profile blasted to twelve companies, no fee, ever. You will always know which organisation your CV is going to before it is sent.
How it works
What to expect from us
Send your CV
Email it with a line about what you are looking for. A short note about what you want next helps more than a longer CV.
We review and call
If there is a fit with a live mandate, a consultant contacts you within a few working days.
You decide
We share the organisation name, the team, the compensation range and the trade-offs. Your CV moves only if you say yes.
Through to offer
Interview preparation before each round, feedback after each one, and support on the offer and notice period.
What we do
Worth your time
- A real conversation about what you want next, not just what you have done
- Honest read on compensation for your profile, function and city
- The full picture on a role: team, manager, what is actually hard about it
- Interview preparation before each round
- Feedback either way, as specific as the client gives us
- Your details kept confidential and never shared without consent
What we don't do
Things you should refuse anywhere
- Charge you a fee — for registration, placement, training or anything else
- Send your CV to organisations you have not agreed to
- Pitch you a role we know is wrong, to fill a pipeline
- Hide the company name until you are in the interview
- Promise a salary we have not confirmed with the client
- Go silent after you have interviewed
Fraud warning
We never ask candidates for money
Recruitment fraud is common in India and often uses the names of legitimate firms. BridgePoint does not charge candidates or students any fee at any stage, does not run paid training, and does not ask for payment for interview scheduling, document verification or offer processing.
Our only email domain is bridgepointllp.com. If you receive a payment request from anyone claiming to represent us, do not pay it — forward the message to [email protected].
FAQ
Candidate questions
Do you charge candidates or students any fee?
No. Never, at any stage, for any reason. Registration, placement, interview preparation and training are free to candidates — our fees are paid by client organisations. If anyone asks you for money using our name, it is not us: email [email protected] immediately.
Will you send my CV without telling me?
No. Your profile goes to an organisation only after we have discussed that specific role with you and you have agreed. You will always know the company name before your CV is sent.
What happens after I send my CV?
We review it against live mandates. If there is a fit you will hear from a consultant within a few working days. If there is not, we keep your profile on file and contact you when a relevant role opens. We do not send mass mailers.
Will you tell me why I was rejected?
Yes, where the client gives us a reason. Vague feedback is worse than none, so if all we receive is 'not a fit' we will tell you that is all we got rather than inventing a reason.
Can you help me negotiate?
Yes. We will give you an honest read on where your expectations sit against the market for your profile and city — including when they are too low, which is more common than people expect.
I'm a student. Can I approach you directly?
Yes, though most of our student work runs through partner institutions. If your college is not a partner, write to us anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we have relevant openings for your profile.
