Flexible headcount without the compliance headache
Sometimes the need is real but the headcount is not approved, or the project ends in nine months. Contract staffing solves that without you carrying the employment risk.
In short
What is contract staffing?
Contract staffing is an arrangement where BridgePoint employs the professional on our payroll and deploys them to work with your team for a fixed term. We handle payroll, statutory compliance including PF and ESI, insurance and onboarding documentation. Contract-to-hire is the same arrangement with an agreed conversion path to your payroll, usually after three to six months.

Process
How the work runs
Understand
A working session on what you actually need — the role, the mandate or the outcome. We put the brief in writing and you sign it off before work starts.
Plan
A scoped plan with owners, timelines and the numbers we will report against. If the brief is unrealistic on budget, market or timeline, we say so here.
Execute
Delivery against the plan, with a weekly written update whether or not there is good news. Silence is not a status report.
Review
Results measured against what we agreed at the start, with an honest read on what worked, what did not, and what we would change next cycle.
FAQ
Contract Staffing — questions
Who employs the contractor?
We do. The professional is on BridgePoint's payroll for the duration of the engagement. You direct the work; we carry the employment relationship and its compliance obligations.
What compliance do you handle?
Payroll processing, PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, gratuity where applicable, statutory registers, and the documentation trail for audits. You receive one invoice a month.
How fast can you deploy?
Three to seven working days for common skill sets where we have bench-ready candidates. Niche or senior contract roles take two to three weeks.
Can we convert a contractor to our payroll?
Yes, and we recommend agreeing conversion terms in the original contract rather than negotiating later. Conversion after an agreed minimum term usually carries a reduced or waived fee.
Is contract staffing suitable for long-term roles?
It can be, but if a role is genuinely permanent and funded, permanent recruitment is usually cheaper over a two-year horizon. We will tell you which one fits.
