Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Twenty seats in six weeks, without dropping the standard
Volume hiring fails on process, not on sourcing. When fifty candidates move through five interview stages, the thing that breaks is coordination.
In short
What is bulk & volume hiring?
Volume hiring is the recruitment of many people into similar roles against a fixed deadline — new team build-outs, new site launches, seasonal ramps or BPO and shared-services expansion. BridgePoint runs volume mandates with a written sourcing plan, assessment days, dedicated coordination and weekly pipeline reporting, so throughput holds without the screening standard slipping.

Process
How the work runs
Understand
A working session on what you actually need — the role, the mandate or the outcome. We put the brief in writing and you sign it off before work starts.
Plan
A scoped plan with owners, timelines and the numbers we will report against. If the brief is unrealistic on budget, market or timeline, we say so here.
Execute
Delivery against the plan, with a weekly written update whether or not there is good news. Silence is not a status report.
Review
Results measured against what we agreed at the start, with an honest read on what worked, what did not, and what we would change next cycle.
FAQ
Bulk & Volume Hiring — questions
How many hires counts as volume hiring?
Practically, anything above ten similar roles against a shared deadline benefits from a volume process. Below that, running each role individually is usually more effective.
Does quality drop at volume?
It drops when screening is improvised. We use the same written scorecard for every candidate and report stage-wise conversion weekly, so a quality problem shows up as a ratio change rather than a surprise six weeks in.
Can you run assessment days on our site?
Yes, on-site or virtual. We handle candidate logistics, scheduling, reminders and no-show follow-up; you provide the panel and the decision.
What about offer drop-offs?
We track offer-to-join separately and analyse the reasons. At volume, a fifteen percent drop-off is normal; above that there is usually a fixable cause in compensation, joining timeline or communication gaps.
Do you hire across multiple cities at once?
Yes. Multi-city mandates run on one plan with city-wise targets and a single reporting view.
