For Institutions

One partner for placements, industry links and institutional visibility

Placement outcomes, industry engagement and institutional reputation are the same problem viewed from three angles. We work on all three, with numbers reported each cycle.

How an engagement runs

Four stages

01

Audit

Where your placement outcomes actually sit: programme-wise conversion, recruiter mix, student readiness gaps and reporting quality.

02

Map

Employer demand matched to your programmes and student profiles, with a target recruiter list for the coming cycle.

03

Run

Drives, internships, training and industry sessions delivered to a calendar agreed at the start of the cycle.

04

Report

Placement, internship and engagement numbers documented in a format your accreditation submissions can use directly.

FAQ

For Institutions — questions

We already have a placement cell. What do you add?

Employer reach and structure. Placement cells are usually strong on internal coordination and thin on live corporate relationships. We bring the recruiter network, the demand mapping and the reporting discipline; your cell keeps ownership of students and campus process.

When should we start planning a placement cycle?

Four to six months before drives begin. Employer hiring plans are set a quarter ahead, and student readiness work needs a full semester to change outcomes.

Can you help with NAAC, NBA or NIRF data?

Yes. We report placement, internship, higher-study and engagement data in the formats those submissions require, with the supporting evidence trail.

Do you work with colleges outside metros?

Yes. Tier-2 and tier-3 institutions are a core focus — the employability gap and the recruiter-access gap are both wider there, which is where structured support changes the most.
