What we deliver
Process
How the work runs
The same four stages apply across every practice, adapted to the mandate.
Understand
A working session on what you actually need — the role, the mandate or the outcome. We put the brief in writing and you sign it off before work starts.
Plan
A scoped plan with owners, timelines and the numbers we will report against. If the brief is unrealistic on budget, market or timeline, we say so here.
Execute
Delivery against the plan, with a weekly written update whether or not there is good news. Silence is not a status report.
Review
Results measured against what we agreed at the start, with an honest read on what worked, what did not, and what we would change next cycle.
FAQ
Branding & Digital Growth — questions
What is the difference between brand strategy and a logo redesign?
A logo is an output. Brand strategy is the set of decisions that tells you what the logo should express, what the website should say and which claims you are entitled to make. Redesigning a logo without settling positioning first usually means redesigning it again in two years.
Do you work with educational institutions differently from companies?
The method is the same; the audiences are not. An institution has to address students, parents, faculty, recruiters and accreditation bodies at once, which usually needs a sub-brand architecture across schools and programmes. A company typically needs two coherent tracks: a customer brand and an employer brand.
How long does SEO take to work?
Three to six months for meaningful movement in non-brand organic traffic, and longer in competitive categories. Technical fixes can show indexation improvements within weeks, but ranking and traffic gains follow content and authority, which accumulate. Any agency promising results in four weeks is either describing paid ads or describing branded search you already had.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and nobody legitimately can. Search rankings are decided by an algorithm we do not control, against competitors we do not control, on a results page whose layout changes regularly. What we commit to is the work — audit, fixes, content, schema, reporting — and honest monthly numbers on what it produced.
How many posts a month do we actually need?
Eight to twelve on a single channel is enough to hold presence; sixteen to twenty across two or three channels supports active growth. The number matters less than consistency — four good posts every week beats twenty in one week and silence for a month.
Will follower count go up?
Usually, but it is a weak measure and we do not sell against it. Followers can be bought and bots inflate the number. We report engagement rate, saves and shares, profile visits and link clicks, because those track intent rather than vanity.
What budget do we need to start?
Enough to generate statistically useful data, which in most Indian categories means a minimum of four to six weeks of continuous spend rather than a specific rupee figure. Splitting a small budget across four platforms produces four inconclusive results, so we usually recommend one channel and one objective first.
How is this different from SEO?
Paid campaigns buy visibility and stop the day you stop paying, but they deliver data within days. SEO compounds and persists, but takes three to six months. Most organisations need both: paid for the current admission cycle or hiring quarter, organic for the two-year position.
