FAQ

Choosing a service

Which service do I need?

If you have a role to fill, start with permanent recruitment — or executive search for leadership. If the same role keeps reopening, the problem is usually retention or levelling, which is HR consulting. If good candidates are not responding at all, it is usually employer branding. For institutions, start with a placement audit.

Can we combine services across practices?

Yes, and it is common. A company that has just raised funding often needs hiring, HR systems and market visibility at once. An institution often needs placements, employability training and branding together. Each practice is scoped and priced separately so you can start with one.

What is the smallest engagement you take?

A single role for recruitment. A two-to-three week audit for HR or placement consulting. A single announcement for PR. There is no minimum retainer.

Do you work with both companies and institutions?

Yes — they are our two client groups, and the overlap is deliberate. Working both sides means we know what employers are actually rejecting candidates for, which is what makes employability training useful rather than generic.
