Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Deployment-ready staff, verified before they reach your gate
Blue-collar hiring is judged on three things: how fast people arrive, whether they are actually verified, and how many are still there after ninety days.
In short
What is blue-collar & support staff?
Blue-collar and support staff recruitment covers skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled roles — machine operators, technicians, warehouse and logistics staff, drivers, housekeeping, security, retail floor staff and field executives. BridgePoint sources locally, verifies documents and address before deployment, and can engage staff on our own payroll with full statutory compliance. Typical deployment is three to seven working days.

Process
How the work runs
Understand
A working session on what you actually need — the role, the mandate or the outcome. We put the brief in writing and you sign it off before work starts.
Plan
A scoped plan with owners, timelines and the numbers we will report against. If the brief is unrealistic on budget, market or timeline, we say so here.
Execute
Delivery against the plan, with a weekly written update whether or not there is good news. Silence is not a status report.
Review
Results measured against what we agreed at the start, with an honest read on what worked, what did not, and what we would change next cycle.
FAQ
Blue-Collar & Support Staff — questions
How fast can you deploy blue-collar staff?
Three to seven working days for most roles in cities where we have active sourcing networks. Requirements needing specific licences, trade certification or multi-site coordination take one to two weeks.
Do you verify these candidates?
Yes, before deployment — ID, address, qualification and prior employment. In this segment verification after joining is close to useless, so it is built into the process rather than sold as an add-on.
Can staff be on your payroll?
Yes. We can engage them as our employees with PF, ESI, minimum wages, professional tax and statutory registers handled, and invoice you monthly with attendance backup.
What about high attrition in these roles?
It is real, and we plan for it rather than pretend otherwise: an agreed replacement turnaround, plus ninety-day retention reported by role and site so you can see whether churn is a sourcing problem, a wage problem or a supervision problem.
Do you handle contract labour compliance?
Where staff are on our payroll, yes — including the registers and documentation a contract-labour audit will ask for. We will also tell you when a requirement should sit on your own payroll instead.
