Portfolio & Project Management
You cannot review what nobody has measured
Most organisations have plenty of data and no agreed numbers. Two people quote different placement rates from the same spreadsheet, and the review turns into a debate about the data instead of a decision.
In short
What is performance reporting?
Performance tracking and reporting is the work of defining which metrics matter, establishing how each is calculated, building the collection and dashboard layer, and producing review packs on a fixed cycle. BridgePoint sets this up for recruitment funnels, HR operations, placement cells, marketing campaigns and project portfolios — typically four to six weeks to establish, then monthly or quarterly reporting.

Process
How the work runs
Understand
A working session on what you actually need — the role, the mandate or the outcome. We put the brief in writing and you sign it off before work starts.
Plan
A scoped plan with owners, timelines and the numbers we will report against. If the brief is unrealistic on budget, market or timeline, we say so here.
Execute
Delivery against the plan, with a weekly written update whether or not there is good news. Silence is not a status report.
Review
Results measured against what we agreed at the start, with an honest read on what worked, what did not, and what we would change next cycle.
FAQ
Performance Reporting — questions
We already have dashboards nobody uses. What changes?
Usually two things: the metrics were never agreed in writing, so people distrust them, and the pack contains everything measurable rather than the eight numbers that drive decisions. We fix the definitions first and cut the pack down.
Do we need to buy new software?
Rarely. Most of this runs on spreadsheets, Google Sheets or Looker Studio plus the reports your ATS or HRMS already produces. We will tell you if a paid tool genuinely earns its cost, and otherwise we will not.
Can you produce NAAC, NBA or NIRF reporting?
Yes. Placement, internship, higher-study and engagement data in the required formats, with the supporting evidence trail those submissions expect.
Who maintains this after setup?
Your team, in most cases — the handover documentation is a deliverable, not an afterthought. Ongoing reporting as a retainer is available where you would rather not carry it internally.
What if the numbers make us look bad?
Then you have found something worth knowing. We report what the data says; the point of measurement is to make problems visible early enough to be fixable.
