How Bridge Point Talent LLP collects, uses and protects personal data.

Last updated 2026-08-05 · review with counsel before launch

What we collect

From candidates and students: name, contact details, CV contents, employment and education history, qualifications, current and expected compensation, notice period and location preferences. From client contacts: name, business contact details, organisation and role.

Why we collect it

To assess suitability for specific roles, to present candidates to prospective employers with consent, to deliver contracted services to clients, and to comply with statutory requirements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Consent before sharing

A candidate's profile is shared with a client only after we have discussed that specific role with the candidate and obtained their agreement. Candidates are told the client's identity before their details are shared.

How long we keep data

Candidate records are retained while there is a reasonable prospect of a relevant role, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for its use. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.

Security

Access to candidate and client data is restricted to consultants working on the relevant mandate. Data is held on access-controlled systems. We will notify affected individuals of any breach that poses a material risk to them.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
